Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions 1. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 12 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled session will result in the session being forfeited. 2. Rescheduling: Rescheduling within the 12-hour window is allowed once per session. Further rescheduling within the 12-hour window will result in the session being forfeited. 3. Package Validity: All sessions within a package must be used within 6 months of purchase. Unused sessions after this period will be forfeited. 4. Refunds: Packages are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to unused sessions or inability to attend scheduled sessions. Exceptions may be made in extenuating circumstances at the discretion of the provider. 5. Session Transfer: Sessions are non-transferable and can only be used by the original purchaser. By purchasing a package, you agree to these terms and conditions. 6.
